Positions for Argosy Cruises and Tillicum Village

Most of our seasonal hiring is between mid-February and mid-May. If you are looking for summer employment, we ask that you apply no later than May. If you don’t see a specific job offering, you can still send in your resume and we will hold it to our next hiring round. We do hire during other times of the year as well; mid August for a few hires to fill in the end of the season and early November for the Holiday season.

Our Service Standards at Argosy focus on Hospitality, Safety, Show and Adaptability.  We focus on these four standards to delight our guests with fun and extraordinary experiences. All positions are subject to pre-employment and random drug testing requirements. Applicants for Tillicum Village need to be 18 years of age and applicants for our vessel crew need to be 21 years of age.  Vessel crew possess a MAST Class 12/13 permit to serve alcohol, and a Food Worker Card issued in Washington State by the time you start work.

Successful applicants will have experience in face-to-face customer service. They will have a proven record of making independent decisions, showing up to work on time, and have great references. Boating experience is not required.
