Seasonal Positions for Argosy Cruises and Tillicum Village
Our service standards at Argosy focus on Hospitality, Safety, Show and Adaptability. Everything we do at Argosy focuses on those four standards to delight our guests with fun and extraordinary experiences. All positions subject to pre-employment and random drug testing requirements. Unless you are applying for a Guest Service position, all applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and currently possess a MAST Class 12/13 permit to serve alcohol, and a Food Worker Card issued in Washington State.
Successful applicants will have experience in face-to-face customer service. They will have a proven record of making independent decisions, show up to work on time, and have great references. Boating experience is not required.

Most of our seasonal hiring is between Mid-February and Mid-May. If you are looking for summer employment, we ask that you apply by May. If you don’t see a specific job offering, you can still send in your resume and we will hold it to our next hiring round. We do hire during other times of the year as well.
