Argosy has a variety of vessels that can accommodate Seattle holiday party groups of any size. With an option for every budget, our experienced sales planners can help arrange catering and entertainment, as well as photography.
Many of our guests like to have their parties be a part of the Christmas Ship Festival Parade of Ships to help add an extra dimension of entertainment and fun to their holiday party and our Sales Staff can help arrange that for you.
From intimate rooms to entire ships, casual or formal, Argosy Ships are the perfect place for your next holiday party including Christmas, Hanukkah, Halloween, Valentine's Day, New Years, or any holiday you choose! Whatever the group, they will be swept away by incredible views, and warm hospitality only Argosy can provide.
Themed Events
Let Argosy help you create incredible parties including Casino/Vegas Nights or 70’s Disco Events (complete with mirrored spinning balls), perhaps a Wine Tasting with premier Washington Wines and a sommelier, or the always-popular Gilligan’s Island theme (yes, it’s a three-hour tour….). Our sales staff is here to make your job easier and your event a success.
Entertainment
With nearly 60 years of experience, as you can imagine, we’ve helped to arrange many different types of entertainment for our guests. From DJ’s and Piano Players to live bands of all genres - Caribbean Steel Drum, Beatle’s or Neil Diamond Tribute Bands, wedding dance bands or jazz trios. And, we can help you with other types of entertainment as well. Need a Santa Claus, some dueling piano entertainment or maybe a wandering magician? Just let your Sales Rep know what you are looking for and we’ll be happy to give you some suggestions.
Unique Catering and Beverage Options
Some clients prefer a 7-course seated-served meal paired with flights of wine – others are looking for BBQ on paper plates, at Argosy we can do either. We have set menus for you to choose from or we can create custom menus for your event or theme.
When you rent any of our boats bartenders are included in that fee and are part of the crew. You can host bars, or have your guests pay for their own beverages. Some groups like a special “signature cocktail” or non-alcoholic drink created for their event – or perhaps you’re interested in an ice-carving of a louge – where the drinks get chilled as they flow through the ice, a great crowd pleaser.
Transportation
Many events require coordination getting to and from our Argosy departure locations. We are happy to help arrange motorcoach or limo transportation to and from your event, or even facilitate cabs and cab vouchers.
Florals and Ice Carvings
If your event calls for a special touch, like floral centerpieces or spectacular back-lit ice carvings that act as buffet centerpieces, perhaps with your company logo carved in the ice, we can help you with that too.
Event Photography
As a fun gift to your guests, Argosy can arrange for boarding photos behind a custom life-ring. These can be ready at the end of your cruise, or a CD of them can be sent to you after the event is done. We can also send photographers along to help capture an entire event.
Audio Visual
Cordless microphones, screens, podiums… the answer is yes, of course we can help you with your A/V needs as well.
