Our 1.5-hour Private Views Cruise is perfect for smaller teams (25-100), happy hours, and last-minute outings. Appetizers and beverages are included, with weekday afternoon & evening sailings from the Seattle Waterfront—no planning required.

Yes! All private charters are full boat rentals for your group. We do not offer split-boat rentals, so you don’t have to worry about sharing your space with another event.
If you are departing from a lake location, you will likely see some city skylines in the distance, famous lakeside residences, and maybe even a glimpse at Mt. Rainier!
If departing from the salt water/Puget Sound side, you’ll get to take in the views of the Seattle Waterfront, nearby islands, and if you’re lucky…Mt. Rainier!
Space is limited and popular dates fill fast, so we recommend inquiring six months in advance. Still exploring? It’s never too early to check availability for your preferred date – our team is here to help as you decide!
So that we can properly schedule our staff, our deadline for confirming bookings is no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.
We have wireless microphones onboard that can be used for speeches, welcome announcements, and more.
Our vessels are best equipped for your post-meeting reception or happy hour! We recommend doing any presentations on your agenda on land in a traditional meeting space with extensive AV capabilities, and inviting further conversations with the group aboard our boat over drinks and appetizers. Need recommendations for nearby meeting spaces? We’re happy to help!
Caterers: While we strongly recommend our preferred vendors for both their experience onboard our vessels and the excellent food and service that they provide, you may use an alternate caterer. There is an additional fee for using an outside caterer that covers our administrative cost of verifying insurance and answering questions about our galleys, load-in spaces, and more.
All other vendors: Yes, we can welcome most vendors onboard – please let us know who you’d like to work with so that we can ensure that our space and staff are prepared to welcome them. Be advised that there can be unique challenges in working onboard vessels.
Argosy will be providing all beverages – we do not allow outside beverages to be brought onboard. Our sales team can provide you with a full menu of our beverage selections.
You are welcome to bring your own food (for an additional fee). If bringing your own food onboard, you will need to provide plates, utensils, serving ware, and ways to heat/cool/store food if needed. Argosy does not provide food service and does not have kitchen facilities onboard.
Most! We work with vendors to do all sorts of stuff – casinos, giant jenga, karaoke, carnival games, caricature artists, live musicians, balloon arches, photobooths and almost anything else you can imagine! We’ll connect you with a vendor that can help make your dream come to life within the restrictions of being on a boat. If you already have a vendor in mind who you would like to work with, please let us know so we can ensure that our space and staff are prepared! Be advised that there can be unique challenges in working onboard vessels.
We cruise rain or shine! Enjoy the views from the water year-round from the comfortable indoor heated spaces and panoramic outdoor decks on all of our vessels.
In the very rare case that it is not safe to be out on the water due to high winds or unhealthy air quality, our team will make the call and work with you to postpone the cruise, find an alternative venue, or cancel with a full refund.
