Gluten Free: fish, fruit, carrots, corn. Dairy Free: Fruit, carrots, corn, bread. All items are vegetarian except the fish. We do not use peanuts, peanut oil or MSG in any of our menus; however, the cookies were made in a facility where nuts are present.

*One of our top priorities is the sustainability of the fish we serve at the Tillicum Excursion. Because of the decline in the wild salmon population, we use a combination of wild Alaskan salmon (when available) and farmed all-natural steelhead.

**Fish can be requested without butter and/or seasoning. Please request this in advance, before your arrival.
