Have peace of mind when you book your Seattle experience with us. We are thrilled to offer Trip Protection beginning January 1, 2022, so you’re covered when life happens. Please read our updated cancellation and refund policies prior to booking your cruise.

Trip Protection Refunds Covid-19


New! Trip Protection Policy

Life happens, we get it. Trip Protection allows you to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund on the value of the cruise until 48 hours before your departure time. It also allows you one opportunity to reschedule your cruise to any future cruise time with availability within one year of the original cruise date.

Trip Protection must be purchased for each guest on the booking.

If you purchase Trip Protection and 1) Do not show up to your cruise without notifying us at least 48 hours before your departure or 2) Cancel with less than 48 hours before your departure, you will be charged for the value of your cruise. You will have the opportunity to reschedule to a future cruise time.

About Trip Protection
  • Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure (Trip Protection fee is nonrefundable)
  • Rebook to any available cruise time up to one year after the original cruise date
  • Add Trip Protection for each guest on your booking during checkout

Refund/Cancellation Policies

Sightseeing Cruises

If you miss or cancel your cruise, a refund will not be granted unless Trip Protection was purchased at the time of booking. You will have the opportunity to reschedule to a future cruise time with availability within one year of the original cruise date. We highly recommend adding on Trip Protection so you’re covered!

Special Events

Guests who cancel 72 hours or more in advance of their departure date and time will be offered a 50% refund on the total amount paid for their booking (inclusive of taxes/fees). Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Future open credits will not be offered for any cancellations.

This applies to the Christmas Ship™ Festival, New Year’s Eve, and other special event cruises.

Covid-19

If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please contact Tickets@ArgosyCruises.com or call 206.623.1445 to cancel or rebook. Refunds will be offered if Trip Protection was purchased and you notified our team at least 48 hours in advance of your departure time.
