#MeetUsMonday – Lady Mary

Lady Mary

Lady Mary

Argosy Cruises Team Member sinceĀ 1998
Built by: Freeport Shipyard, Freeport, Florida
Hometown: Kirkland, Washington

The Lady Mary started her career withĀ Argosy Cruises as a private charter vessel out of our AGC Marina in South Lake Union. She shifted her home to our Pier 55 location in 2002, and since 2014 has made her home at the Kirkland City Dock in Lake Washington. But like many of our vessels, she can travel where she’s needed for private events.

SinceĀ Friday, May 20, the Lady MaryĀ started sailingĀ our Lake Washington CruiseĀ for the 2016 season, taking passengers on a 1.5-hour cruise along the east side of Lake Washington. Riding this tour, passengers learn the history of the area and cruise past magnificent lakeside properties as theyĀ relax and enjoy one of the world’s truly beautiful urban lakes.

The interior of the Lady Mary features lush designer carpet, mahogany trim, and bronze metal accents. This vessel offers a spacious and fully-enclosed main deck with a private catering area. The bow portion is open and provides excellent views of the surroundings as the Lady Mary is underway. The second deck is partially enclosed with extensive open deck space. Each deck has its ownĀ full-service bar. Lady Mary can accommodate a maximum of 175 guests for a reception or 140 guests for table seating.

For groups looking for a floating meeting space that includes a presentation, the main deck of the Lady Mary includes a wall-mounted LCD television. And should that meeting need a little fun unwinding time afterwards, a selection ofĀ games (both board AND old school video games) is stored on board.

Fun Fact:Ā Before she was the Lady Mary with Argosy, she was named the Super StarĀ and wasĀ owned by Star Fleet Cruises down in Texas.
